These terms apply when you use the RG Stays website or submit an enquiry through it. RG Stays is a UK short-term accommodation management company providing professional management services to property owners and landlords.

No management agreement, fee arrangement or obligation on either side is created until a separate written agreement has been discussed and signed.

Any short-term accommodation management services provided by RG Stays are governed by a separate management agreement between RG Stays and the property owner. That agreement will set out the services, fees, responsibilities and notice periods in full.

If there is any difference between this website and a signed management agreement, the signed agreement takes priority.

When you submit an enquiry, you are responsible for making sure the details you give us are accurate. We will use those details to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The content, branding and imagery on this website belong to RG Stays or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written consent.
